  Absolutely brilliant!!
  Had my first one 2 one session in castle park today, all upper body workout.
  What I love about stemz is that they cater for everybody. I have mobility problems and they gave me a workout that used the parts I can use and not force me to do things I can't do.

  An amazing fitness group that I'm so glad I joined. I normally Join Fitness Groups stay for a few months then get bored of the same old routine and then leave and move onto the next, Stemz lessons you don't get the chance to be bored, we always do something different each week and the lessons are tailored to suit the individuals attending. The one on one sessions are amazing, both Stewart & Ems listen to what you want to achieve and lead you in the right direction, always proving that you can actually do more than you thought you could. This fitness duo will go above and beyond and I'd highly recommend them to one and all.
